The insect sector is developing rapidly. New applications in feed, food, pet food, circular resource streams, soil improvement and biotechnology require collaboration, knowledge sharing and innovation.
To support this development, IPPEC and its partners are launching the Regional Insect Practice Network on Wednesday, 2 September 2026. Organised as a Learning Community, the network brings together businesses, educational institutions, research organisations and public authorities from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Building the sector together
The Insect Inspiration Café is more than a series of individual events. It is a community where participants meet over a longer period, share knowledge and work together to create new opportunities for the insect sector.
By getting to know one another better, new connections are created, collaborative projects are developed, and ideas grow into practical business cases and new revenue models.
